Is there a WooCommerce FPX plugin for Malaysia?
Yes. The HitPay Payment Gateway for WooCommerce plugin adds FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay and cards to WooCommerce checkout. FPX is 1.8% + RM0.40, plus 0.2% for the plugin.
How much does DuitNow cost on WooCommerce?
DuitNow is 1.2% plus the 0.2% plugin fee, so RM1.40 on a RM100 order. There's no setup or monthly fee.
When do I get paid?
Non-card payments such as FPX and DuitNow pay out in T+2 business days. Cards pay out from T+1 business day, with the final schedule set by Compliance case by case.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Untick Live Mode in the plugin and use your HitPay sandbox API key and salt.
Can I refund WooCommerce orders paid with HitPay?
Yes. Refund from the WooCommerce order and HitPay refunds the customer, if the payment method allows refunds. HitPay doesn't charge an extra refund fee.
Does the plugin support international cards?
Yes. International cards are 3% + RM1, and foreign-currency transactions add 2%.
