A partner earns 0.1% of the total online payment volume processed by each linked merchant per month. For example, a merchant processing S$1,000,000/month in online payments generates S$1,000 in monthly commission. There is no cap on the number of merchants or total commission amount.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated automatically on the first of each month for the previous calendar month's online transaction volume. The amount is credited directly to the partner's HitPay wallet. No manual claim, invoice, or request is required.
How does a partner track their reseller partner earnings?
Partners have access to a dedicated commission dashboard showing every payout — by merchant and by month. A one-click CSV export covers Business Name, Email, Amount, Currency, and billing period. Per-merchant breakdowns are also available.
Is there a minimum transaction volume required to start earning?
No. Commission accrues from the very first successful online transaction processed by a linked merchant. The 0.1% rate applies from day one — no threshold to hit.
How long does a partner continue earning commission from a referred merchant?
There is no expiry window on affiliate commissions. As long as the linked merchant continues processing online payments through HitPay and the partner account remains in good standing, commissions continue to accrue and be paid monthly.
What transactions are included in the commission calculation?
