How much do I earn?
0.1% of every referred business’s monthly transaction volume. A business processing S$300,000/month earns you S$300 every month.

When am I paid?
Automatically on the 1st of each month - credited directly to your HitPay wallet. No invoice, no claim required.

What payments count?
All transactions count - cards, PayNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, payment links, online checkout, in-person POS and recurring billing. Cash payments are not included.

Does it expire?
No. You earn for as long as the referred business continues processing payments on HitPay. No renewal or re-referral needed.

How does the HitPay Refer and Earn programme work?
Any existing HitPay merchant can refer businesses using a unique referral link in their dashboard under Refer and Earn. When the referred business registers through that link, goes live, and starts processing, the referring merchant earns 0.1% of their monthly transaction volume — credited automatically on the first of each month.
How much can a merchant earn from referring businesses to HitPay?
A merchant earns 0.1% of the total transaction volume processed by each referred business every month. A business processing S$300,000 per month generates S$300 monthly. There is no cap on earnings and no limit on the number of businesses that can be referred.
Where does a HitPay merchant find their referral link?
The referral link is inside the HitPay merchant dashboard. Log in, then click Refer and Earn in the left navigation menu. The unique link appears there and can be copied or shared directly. No application or approval is required.
When are referral commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated automatically on the first of each month for the previous calendar month's transaction volume. The amount is credited directly to the referring merchant's HitPay wallet — no claim, invoice, or request needed.
What types of transactions are included in the commission calculation?
Commission applies to all transactions — cards, PayNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, payment links, online checkout, in-person POS, and recurring billing. Cash payments are not included.
Is there a limit on how many businesses a merchant can refer?
No. There is no limit on referrals. Every business that registers through the referral link and goes live on HitPay contributes to the monthly commission — no cap on total earnings.
How long does a merchant continue earning commission from a referral?
There is no expiry. As long as the referred business continues processing payments through HitPay, the referring merchant earns 0.1% every month — no renewal or action required.
Does the referred business need to be a new HitPay customer?
The referred business must register through the referral link. Businesses already on HitPay would not count as a new referral. The programme is for businesses that have not yet signed up with HitPay.
