HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd ("HitPay") is licensed as a Major Payment Institution (PS20200643) under Singapore's Payment Services Act for the provision of Domestic Money Transfer Services, Cross-Border Money Transfer Services and Merchant Acquisition Services. This can be confirmed on the MAS Financial Institutions Directory here. HitPay may also provide these services in conjunction with other MAS licensed or exempt partners.
Philippines
In the Philippines, HitPay operates under HitPay Payment Solutions Inc, and is a registered operator of a payment system (OPS) regulated under the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP) (registration number: OPSCOR-2023-0006) and is also registered with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) (registration number: PBSP-20230220903000068-5).
Malaysia
In Malaysia, HitPay operates under HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd (SSM Registration: 202101017021) and Mobiedge E-commerce Sdn Bhd (SSM Registration: 201501003595). HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd (HitPay Malaysia) is a technology service provider and partners with Stripe Payments Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a registered merchant acquirer by the Bank Negara Malaysia under the Financial Services Act 2013 when it comes to undertaking the relevant regulated activities. HitPay Malaysia also works as a payment service agent appointed by RHB Bank as well as an approved money service business agent under the principal licensee, MoneyMatch Sdn Bhd. Mobiedge E-commerce Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HitPay Malaysia and is a registered merchant acquirer regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.
